Dentist-Supervised Robotic Tooth Preparation

for a New Era of Restorative & Aesthetic Care

Currently under development and not yet certified or commercialized.

XIVIX® Ecosystem
One Network — One Workflow

Participants: Clinic and lab partners become certified Centers of Excellence, enabling single-visit restorative workflows at scale.

A mastered restorative process connecting clinics and labs into one workflow

  • 3D Multimodal Imaging by (clinic partners)
  • Prosthetic-First AI Planning (clinic by CIPP™)
  • Crown-Grade Manufacturing (clinic by lab partners)
  • Automated Robotic Execution (clinician-supervised)

* CIPP™ = Central Inversed Prosthetic Planning

XIVIX® Workflow
End-to-End Solution

Helping clinics and labs deliver
better, faster, safer, and more predictable outcomes

Scan&Go™
3D Multimodal Scans

If the patient does not have recent imaging, two scans (IOS + CBCT) are captured in a single appointment using a clinical standardized protocol inside the XIVIX® Centers of Excellence Network. Data is transmitted via a secure cloud.

This creates a unified digital-twin dataset, calibrated through patented high-precision fusion.

It becomes the mathematical foundation for every planning and robotic action.

High-Precision Datasets → High-Precision Restorations.

CIPP™ Digital Platform
AI Planning & Prep-Design

The CIPP orchestrates every stage of the workflow, 3D scans, AI planning, manufacturing, and robotic execution into a secure platform.

Patients and clinics can access treatment status and key files in real time, enabling transparency and continuity, this creates a unified 3D dataset.

Its self-learning engine refines algorithms using anonymized data, ensuring constant improvement across all connected partners.

This creates a unified infrastructure for dentistry, a scalable and intelligent backbone transforming local clinics into part of a worldwide network.

Production
High-Precision Pre-Manufacturing

Based on the CIPP plan, LabWorks crowns, veneers, or bridges are manufactured before the patient’s visit using premium biomaterials.

Each restoration is produced to match the planned 3D design and targeted tolerances.

Target precision: ~50 µm best marginal gap-fit, validated in controlled lab conditions.

Production certified under XIVIX standards:
XIVIX Central + Partner Labs + In-Clinic chairside.

Manufacturing that guarantees the best fit before clinical visit.

RoboticCare™
Fully-Automated Robotic Execution

In a single visit (where clinically appropriate), the dentist supervises an automated robotic procedure that prepares the tooth and supports immediate hand placement of the pre-manufactured restoration.

This is enabled by dynamic, real-time tracking and instant motion compensation to follow the planned geometry and patient micromovements while maintaining high precision.

The 6-axis robot arm with force-sensing, hold-to-run, and human-in-the-loop supervision ensures a safe execution without jaw clamping or rigid head immobilization.

XIVIX Robotic highest accuracy that manual dentistry simply cannot achieve.

Stakeholders Value

  • Real-time treatment visibility (on XIVIX-CIPP Digital Platform)
  • Interactive care journey: clearer steps, fewer unknowns
  • Shorter chair-time, less discomfort
  • Premium fit, esthetics & function with higher predictability
  • Reduced total burden and costs vs multi-visit pathways
  • Simplicity: guided workflow, much less variability to manage
  • Efficiency: more predictable, less chair time and scheduling
  • Consistency: repeatable, high-precision preparation quality
  • Scalability: standardized outcomes across clinicians and practices
  • Productivity: free up time to treat more patients/day
  • Profitability: fewer rework loops, higher throughput, better capacity utilization
  • More predictable digital inputs (cleaner margins, fewer surprises)
  • CIPP AI Planning, optimized prosthetics, fewer remakes and rush cases
  • Higher consistency of outcomes
  • Focus on customized high-esthetic, premium prosthetics
  • More time for customization and human craft (patient-specific finishing)
  • Stronger dentist–lab–patient collaboration for exceptional results
  • Better quality and traceability across the prosthetics treatments pathway
  • Fewer complications and remakes → lower total cost per successful restoration
  • More predictable outcomes → flatter long-term cost curve
  • Enables value-based reimbursement models (standardized, auditable care)
